WJBF and Giving Your Best Partners hosted Halloween with a Heart partnership with Columbia County Parks and Recreation. Over 1000 children with physical or mental exceptionalities from CSRA counties were trick or treating at Patriots Park. Halloween with a Heart provided a safe and fun experience for these special trick or treaters.
