So far I have been very satisfied with everyone at this law firm. I was severely injured in a motorcycle accident, that was no fault of my own. After leaving the ICU, and transferred to the trauma unit in Augusta Georgia and after several weeks and regaining the strength through a liquid diet I was on due to a brain bleed and my jaw and teeth being injured I reached out to Mr. Malchow. Who I was able to meet with. My case is currently still ongoing, but because of Mr. Malchow ‘s and his staffs dedication and work I was able to receive a payment after being unable to work for 2 months, just in time to keep my bills paid, which definitely did ease the burden and stress that being in a wreck and disabled enough not to return to work for a while. Mr. Malchow and his team did an amazing job with allowing me to focus on my recovery and family while they kept working and are working diligently to help me receive what I not only needed but deserved as the result of this incident. The only issue I’ve really had is quite insignificant, and almost not worthy of mentioning, but I tried to reach out to the paralegal a few times by phone and it did take some time and a few attempts to reach her, and for some reason there seemed to be an issue regarding being able to email me, but fortunately I also had a close relative that i gave permission to inquire any legal documentation that may have needed to be facilitated through, which was done adequately. And though I would have preferred to be informed regarding manners concerning my case directly and first hand on a more timely basis, I was kept in the loop, so that’s why i almost deemed it not worth acknowledgement. So far there are a few decelerations underway and in progress, but Mr. Malchow (which is also the first lawyer I have ever obtained) has thus far been straight to the point in regards to any questions I may have addressed and has shown great integrity, honesty, and perseverance in all manners concerning my ongoing case and I have great faith that with his expertise, professionalism, and all around moral composition. That the final outcome of it all will meet or exceed my initial supposition and expectations.

That being said I can’t thank this law firm enough for their dedication, work, friendliness, fairness, and all around outstanding performance. And do, and will highly recommend this law firm to anyone who is on the fence with which route to take regarding legal assistance. They truly do value your time as well as you as a client.
