Bailey Marshall Runs The 2025 Chicago Marathon For Team Red Cross

On Sunday, October 12, 2025, our attorney Bailey Marshall laced up in Grant Park and ran the Bank of America Chicago Marathon in support of Team Red Cross. She dedicated her race to disaster relief and recovery, met her fundraising goal of 2,500 dollars, and did it with the same grit she brings to our clients every day.

Why Bailey Chose To Run For Team Red Cross

Bailey ran with Team Red Cross to back a mission that delivers help when it matters most. Donations to the American Red Cross support emergency shelter, food, relief supplies, first aid and CPR training, disaster preparedness, services for military families, global relief work, and a reliable national blood supply.

This cause is personal. Bailey is a proud Asheville, North Carolina native. Western North Carolina continues to rebuild after Hurricane Helene, which brought catastrophic flooding and damage across the region in 2024. Supporting the Red Cross allows Bailey to channel her miles into tangible help for families working to recover and prepare for future emergencies.

A Quick Look At Bailey’s Story

  • Career: Began as a prosecutor with the Augusta District Attorney’s Office, then joined Malchow Johnson in 2024.

Race Day In Chicago

Chicago’s course is known for speed and for its 29 neighborhood tour that starts and finishes in Grant Park. The 2025 edition once again brought the city together and showcased world class racing. Bailey soaked up the energy from the crowds, the pace teams, and the sea of fellow charity runners who turned every mile into support for important causes.

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, and cheered. Because of your support, Bailey reached her 2,500 dollar goal and every step helped fund critical Red Cross services.
