Giving a Recorded Statement After a Motorcycle Accident

I talked to a man on the telephone recently who’d been involved in a motorcycle vehicle accident on the Gordon Highway. One of the questions he asked me was, “Should I give a recorded statement to an insurance company over the telephone?” If you’re reading this, you may have the same question. I will tell you what I tell all my clients— never give a recorded statement to an insurance adjuster. Insurance adjusters are trained to ask questions and get answers that are helpful to their case and harmful to the motorcycle vehicle victim.
