What can be done if I cannot make it to the office for a consultation?
Answer:
Over the last year, we’ve been meeting with clients with Zoom links and video meetings. We’ve been talking with them over the telephone. If any documents need to be signed like fee contracts, medical authorizations, or settlement documents, we can have the client sign those documents via DocuSign. We can walk the client through the video conferencing in the DocuSign process with our assistants or with the lawyers.
