I met with a lady last week who was seriously injured in a slip and fall case in a grocery store in Martinez, Georgia. Many times, that can be a problem because insurance adjusters are asking questions and trying to get information that could be harmful to a client’s case. She also waited a couple weeks to go to the doctor, which can be harmful to a case as well. Lastly, she waited over a month to consult with a lawyer.
