What is docusign?
During the last year, we’ve used DocuSign to help our clients sign documents remotely. This way during COVID our clients do not need to come to the office to sign fee contracts, medical authorizations, and settlement paperwork. It’s very easy to use. Our assistants contact the clients and have the clients sign and walk them through the process using DocuSign. The clients are able to use it on their cellphones, tablets, and computers. Our clients really, really like the process. It saves them a lot of time. If they have any questions, they can talk to our staff and talk to us about the documents they’re signing.
